These conditions have the effect of governing the relations between on the one hand Panzini Giulia, whose head office is located at 5 rue des écoles 22240 PLURIEN registered with the RCS – under number 521708503

hereinafter referred to as “Nytta” the seller, and on the other hand the Internet user wishing to place an order hereinafter referred to as “The Customer”.

These General Conditions of Sale apply without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded by “Nytta” with regard to products sold in the electronic catalog of the website nytta.fr as part of a sales system from a distance.


The General Conditions of Sale are enforceable against the customer who declares having read them and accepted them by checking the box “I accept the General Conditions of Sale” before implementing the online ordering procedure.


We draw the customer's attention to the fact that the photographs illustrating our products may turn out to be slightly different from reality due to the brightness settings of the customer's screen and the lighting during photography.

In addition, as these are artisanal creations, the items may present slight irregularities in finish, differences in format and/or stone colors inherent to this type of manufacturing, which cannot be considered as defects.

The photos of the stones are representative of the products you will receive, without resembling them feature for feature in shape or color.

The mineral is something living that cannot be standardized like a manufactured product. The colors may vary, while remaining within the dominant color of the stone. The transparency and shape can also be different. The stones have been selected by us, however natural fractures may be present, without this altering the quality of the stone or its energy.

The Company's liability cannot be called into question, and the validity of the order cannot be affected.

Availability :

Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the Nytta website and while stocks last. For non-stocked products, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.

If a product is unavailable after placing your order, we will inform you by email within 4 days. We can offer you a waiting period following a stock replenishment or a refund.

Gift card

Gift cards: To use them, when placing your order, simply enter the unique code which will be indicated on your gift card.

The gift card can be used several times and is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase on our entire online store www.nytta.fr

Gift card / email – Sending by email within the desired time frame.

Gift/postal card – Postal delivery, within the time indicated when placing your order.


Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included.

Customs taxes and formalities are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated. The customer undertakes to check the possibilities of importing the products ordered with regard to the territory of the country of delivery.

The Nytta company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of validation of the order and subject to availability.


The customer declares to have read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale before placing his order.

The customer's validation therefore constitutes acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

After checking the content of his order, the customer will definitively confirm it during the payment stage. This confirmation constitutes the conclusion of the contract.

Once the contract has been concluded, the Company will send the customer, by email, a summary of the information entered on the order form. The order invoice will also be provided as an attachment to the email sent to the customer.


Please note that validating the order implies the customer's obligation to pay the price indicated.

The customer has the possibility to pay for his purchases by Paypal and by Credit Card. Accepted payment cards are: CB, MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®.

During payment, the bank requests personal information from the Internet user in order to verify the identity of the card holder and validate the transaction. The customer must transmit his bank card number, depending on the type of card, its expiry date as well as the cryptogram number (3-digit number appearing on the back of the bank card).

The customer guarantees to the Company, when validating his order form, that he is in good standing with the issuer of the payment card.

The debit from the bank card is immediate.


Delivery will take place within a maximum of 10 days.

The products are shipped to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the time indicated on the order validation page (1-4 working days), the time may be longer during promotional offers or holiday period without it being detrimental to Nytta.

During holidays, the next shipping date will be indicated to you when placing your order, it is not binding, they will be processed in order of delivery from this date.

– Letter with tracking (sent by email during shipping): Deposit in mailbox. No insurance in the event of loss/theft/damage to the post. Goods always travel at your own risk.

– Tracked international priority package:

Registered letter: Delivery against signature – Full refund in the event of loss/theft/damage to the post.

Nytta reserves the right to modify the delivery method – Any order over €150 is systematically delivered against signature.


In accordance with the provisions of articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from their purchase, without having to provide any reason.

The 14-day period starts from the day the customer received the ordered item.

Exception: For hygiene reasons obvious (precautionary principle), intra-jewelry (piercings and earrings) cannot benefit from the return.

Before any return, you must make a request to Nytta by email at this address: contact@nytta.fr .

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The Company will reimburse the payment received corresponding to the product, the subject of the withdrawal, within 14 working days from the moment it was informed of the customer's decision to exercise his right of withdrawal.

The refund period may be deferred until receipt and verification of the returned product by the customer.

However, we draw your attention to the fact that reimbursement for jewelry can only be made if all of the following conditions are met:

* The product must not have been worn, worn out, modified, damaged, or have undergone any manipulation likely to prevent its re-marketing in new condition.

* The product must not have been made to measure

* The product must be returned in its original packaging accompanied by the purchase invoice

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

– Jewelry on sales/promotions, jewelry appearing in the “Low Price” category.

– Gift cards.

8 – RETURN / After-sales service

In the event of a defective product, the customer can send us the product back for after-sales service. Before sending us the product, the customer agrees to send an email to contact@nytta.fr with the photo of the damaged jewelry accompanied by the invoice and a comment on how it was damaged in order to see whether the product is repairable.

“Nytta” will confirm to you by email that it is repairable or exchangeable and that you can return the product or not.

It will be up to the customer to keep all proof of this return, which implies that the items are returned by any means giving a certain date to this shipment.

The return of goods is carried out at the expense and risk of the customer (he is therefore advised to return the product, carefully packaged, by letter).

Upon receipt of the product returned by after-sales service, and if it is repairable or exchangeable, “Nytta” will return the product to you at its expense within 2 to 3 weeks except in exceptional cases where the repair would require a shorter period.

These provisions only apply in the event of a proven defect; they do not apply in the event that the defect results from inappropriate handling or other action detrimental to the product carried out by the customer.


The law applicable to this contract is French law.


The information that you communicate to us as part of your orders is intended for Nytta and is used for the processing and monitoring of your orders, after-sales service for products ordered on our Site and the marketing and customer relations management of your account. customer.
